Works great for the money! Being budget minded it does a good job. Much brighter than the OEM lights! This is a great replacement bulb. Brighter than original at a good price. I would buy again. I like the brilliance of the white light vs. yellow output of a stock headlight bulb but this bulb didn't even make it thru 6 months of riding before the bright setting burned up. Time to replace it before the dim setting fries also.

Rating this poor and looking for a different manufacturer. I am not sure this bulb is any brighter than the stock for my royal star. It is easier to see and the white light shows well. I am not disappointed but should have done more research before buying, wish it was brighter. I uhave used the H4, H3 and the mini marker white lights. As listed above, I changed all six bulbs on the front of my bike from the markers to the running lights. I will never use any other kind of bulb because I can see so much better with these WHITE LIGHTS then with the old style bulbs. Got them quickly and they are priced right as well. H4 Superwhite Replacement Headlight Bulb The bulb I replaced was 30 years old. This new one seems somewhat brighter. The bulb produces a light that has a nice bluish-white color which gives the front end of the bike a refreshed, more modern look as compared to the yellowish light produced by the stock OEM bulb.
