Whether your equipment supports a computer room, production process or simply cools a room or building, consider the unplanned cost associated with down time, lost productivity, coil repair or replacement; The Cost Could Be Staggering and Derail Your Maintenance Budget! Air Solution CompanyHail Guard Netting / Coil Filter System Protects coils from hail and airborne debris that can damage and foul condenser coils Unlike Traditional Expanded Steel or Plastic Louvers or Lattice Coil Guards That Can Reduce Airflow and Only Protect against Hail and Flying Objects, The Hail Guard Filter System Enables Optimal Airflow for Efficient Heat Rejection while Providing Complete Condenser Coil Protection from Hail and Airborne Matter That Will Clog Your Coils.
The Hail Guard Netting / Filter System consists of an integrated galvanized framing system and a heavy duty fiber reinforced filter screen that is designed for high strength and durability and specifically engineered for high volume, high velocity mechanical equipment . Filter Screens are available with or without the galvanized hail guard feature and can be used separately on all air cooled chillers, condenser units, air handling units, louvers and cooling towers for airborne debris management.Maine Coon Kittens Illinois Chicago You are hereHome » Our ServicesPrivate Hot Tubs In San Dimas More information in the Our Services Section.Kittens For Sale Albany New YorkHVAC System Hail Damage: Repair or Replace?
Mar 01, 2014 | By Josh Held, BSME, CFEI One of the things that tie nearly all residences, commercial buildings, and industrial facilities together is the presence of a heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) system. The most prominent visible feature of the HVAC system, and the one most susceptible to direct physical damage, is the air conditioning condenser. The condenser is a component of the refrigeration cycle that is used to cool the air in a building. Hot high pressure refrigerant gas is pumped from a compressor to the outdoor condenser, where it loses the heat to the outside. The condenser removes the heat from the system by using a fan to pull air across a coil that the refrigerant runs through. In order to remove that heat with maximal efficiency, the condensing unit typically features a coil made of copper (high thermal conductivity) that is covered with many thin aluminum fins (high surface area). Condensers are installed in areas that are exposed to outside air, such as rooftops or ground pads.

Weather and climate-related insurance losses have more than doubled every decade since the 1980s.
Reports of 2-inch hail have increased by a factor of 5 since the 1950’s and doubled since the early 2000’s, with similar increases reported for hailstorms overall. Even small hail can damage rooftop HVAC equipment by bending and denting fins, which in turn blocks air flow and reduces operating efficiency. And larger hail can cause much more severe and costly damage.BUILDINGS magazine selected HailStop® Hail Guard Netting as an HVAC Fix – 2015 Money-Saving Product winner.
