Atx Motorcycle Helmets

Bell Motorcycle Helmets have a storied legacy which dates back to 1923. Bell Helmets are still part of the largest helmet manufacturing family in North America to this day. While Bell may carry a bit more of that "old-fashioned" reputation, today's selection offers a Bell helmet for every level of racer or rider, both on street and dirt. Their "tried and true" lids come with an extensive pedigree of research and development, but Bell Helmets continues to change the pace often enough to be relevant to today's rider. Bell helmets are designed, prototyped, and tested at Bell headquarters in Scotts Valley, California. Â TeamZIlla considers Bell to be a premium brand within the hierachy of Motorcycle Helmets we have to offer. This is the second 6D helmet I have bought for my now 10 year old son. It has protected him through several bad get-offs on both the 85cc and 65cc classes. We did go through the first visor pretty quickly so I would suggest buying a back-up visor from the get-go but considering it was a pile up of about 10 bikes and the rest of the helmet and my son's head were not affected, I am a firm believer that 6D is the way to go! Very nice looking helmet. I would advise anyone buying this helmet to go an extra size bigger than the recommended sizing chart, because mine was a little too snug of a fit. Runs smaller than you think. I thought the air flow would have been better.

So far happy with what I spent on it. Bought this for my 13yo daughter. I think they run a little small as a SM was too tight and she had to send it back and get a MED. Love the color; it matches her turquoise & orange Fox outfit perfectly. Seems to have OK venting too. I really like this helmet. I have a large and it fits perfect. Not too tight not too loose. Can't tell difference between this $100 helmet and my $500 Shoei. Mike (Toms river ) This helmet not only looks good, it preforms all the way around. Comfortable, shield seals cleanly, solid position detentes on shied. Etc etc. everything in the description is accurate. I wear glasses and can put them on with no trouble yet the helmet is solid on my head unlike some other brands. The sizing is accurate as per chart. Motorangutan Located in Austin, TX Orangutans a marketing gimmick for used motorcycle sales in Austin, TX? Constantin C (Pleasanton ) My helmet size is Large. I have several of those (open face) large helmets and all fit well from brand new.

I ordered a "Large" Z1R helmet and when it came I found that it was impossible to put it on my head Extremely tight! I returned it and after a long, long time (wait) I was able to get an "Extra large". This one was slightly better. I could barely put it around my head, but still quite tight.I got tired returning them and waiting for the next size up. The helmet itself and padding is good quality, but the sizing is completely unrealistic! Very happy with this helmet!! I love the fit of this helmet. It does run large so I ordered what the measurements said I needed and it was too large. I Ordered the next size smaller and it fit perfect. I do wish the visor was larger. The small visor doesn't block any sun. From a Lady's Perspective I've been needing and looking for several years for a plain, white helmet that is comfortable. I will admit that this helmet is quite comfortable. Even my husband said that it looked good, or "Cute!" were his actual words!

The two things that I don't like about this helmet is that the inner visor shield won't go over my prescription eyeglasses. My glasses are not large frames, either. The other thing that I really don't like, and the picture does NOT show this, is the large (ugly!) Bell logo on the front. (If I wanted to advertise a helmet, it wouldn't have been a Bell model ...) Like I wrote above, I really wanted a PLAIN white helmet. So, this helmet does its job, but I feel jaded by the mis-advertisement, both with the visor and the front logo. Wife loves her new helmet... Finally found a helmet that my wife loves and will wear. It fits her correctly and she likes the look of it. The face shield is the part that she really likes since it can be pulled down to keep wind/rain off of her face. Just what I was looking for! The fit is just right, snug but not tight. I love the removable ear flaps for cooler weather. The V-Straps allow me to wear my Bluetooth device for hands free calling while I drive!
