They understand when one of us succeeds, we all do. They have also worked with my schedule to give myself and my family a respectable worklife balance. You're not just a number, you're a valuable individual and you're treated as one. The training for consultants was fun and thorough. You'd be amazed what you can learn in 5 days with a trainer that's passionate about what they do. You also get the opportunity to ride with other consultants as well as installers after training to further learn the business from the ground up. As a consultant, once you're running leads solo, management will respond within minutes to help you out if you have any questions. If you have a positive attitude, love working with a supportive team, and desire to help customers meet their goals you should strongly consider employment with Bath Fitter. Advice to Management If you treated the people that generated leads for you with respect and professionalism, you would not have to train a new team every few months.
