e is still a little skittish when approached by humans, and he sometimes jumps when hearing unfamiliar noises, like popping the top of a soda can. He is very sweet and very calm and is enjoying the love and interaction he is receiving in his foster home. He gets on great with... his two other Beagle and one Brittany foster siblings and loves to play chase with them. Rodney is vaccinated, microchipped, undergoing heartworm treatment, and will need to be neutered after treatment. He is welcome to go to his new home during heartworm treatment (and the rescue will still take care of his neuter.) Her gorgeous tan coloring makes her look like an adorable Beagle version of Winnie the Pooh! She is a very friendly girl who does great with dogs, kids, and humans alike! Her foster mom says,"She really is the sweetest dog you'll ever meet. She is SUCH a cuddle bug! She loves to stretch out on the couch with her head in your lap. Or on your bed whether you're laying down with her (or not!) We've had quite a few people over and they h...ave all commented on how sweet and calm she is. We've been working on her manners, she now knows how to sit, and walks better on leash." S

he is house trained and working on crate training; she sleeps in it at night, but isn't keen on it during the day when her family isn't home. She is able to be left out of the crate during the day with no issues. She really enjoys being around people. Winnie would do best in a home that wants to spend time with her - she loves going for walks, playing with kids, etc! Like any good Beagle she knows how to dig, so a secure yard is a must. She is a VERY quiet little girl - we haven't heard her bark once! She is vaccinated, microchipped, spayed, and heartworm negative. She’s a bit timid upon meeting new people, but she warms right up and is a total sweetheart. She was seized from a puppy mill so she’s still acclimating to indoor life, but she is doing really well in her foster home. She gets along great with other dogs and loves to play! She also gets along great with kids and even a mini pig! She is spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, and heartworm negative. I/adopt!DFW Beagle Buddies added 7 new photos to the album: Perla - Adoptable!Perla is a gentle, sweet, friendly 9 year old Beagle who was rescued from Arlington Animal Services. She gets along well with kids and other dogs. She loves to go on walks with her foster family! She is a relatively quiet girl who generally only "talks" when she needs to go outside. She enjoys the doggie door in her foster home. She has been spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, had a recent dental cleaning, and is heartworm negative. S
