I like it when it does not stop working, bought 2 already did not last very long, will not buy a third one and why is this machine so expensive now, bought them at best Buy a... I would 0 starts if it was possible!!! We purchased or 2nd device after the first one motor had burn out without apparent reason. First surprise was that all the instructions and recipe books are in Japanese, then we found that the knobs themselves on the machine are all in Japanese. This is very irritating. I really like this unit for some of my cooking .Disappointed with its serious lack of power. If something with an electric motor feels light (like the blender base) it cannot have a powerful motor. I still haven't used my SBC-1000 Blend-and-Cook Soup Maker. But I imagine it is a good blender.Power light never came one. This is a horrible product. Very poor build quality. Rubber seal doesn't prevent leaks. Most importantly, the product didn't work at all - not even once.USE IT EVERY DAY FOR COOKING.
