Black Forest Hardwood Floors Spokane Wa

We have had wonderful experiences working with Steve of Black Forest Hardwood floors. Steve does amazing work. We recently had him add hardwood to our living room which required extensive weaving with the existing hardwood floor. His craftsmanship is excellent. You cannot even tell where the original and new floors meet. In addition to being highly skilled Steve offers great customer service. He always arrived on time and had excellent communication skills. He worked very hard to help us meet a deadline without compromising anything. Our floors are beautiful and receive many compliments. We’ve worked with other companies on other projects and Steve by far provided the best finished product and service. I highly recommend him for any hardwood job: refinishing, installation and repair. Spokane’s Best Hardwood FloorsAndreaThis company preformed MAGIC on our floors!!  We had old growth Fir floors upstairs that had sustained years of abuse before we bought the house. Paint, carpet glue, then carpet tack strips and staples all over.
There was also an open staircase and a back staircase with many steps in bad shape!   We knew what was under that mess was worth it, so we started the bidding process for refinishing.  One bidder acted like it was just going to be too hard of a job, he just shook his head when he saw them.   The second bidder said  he wanted to send someone to test just what was on the floors to see if they could do it. I was getting really nervous that no one would be able to restore them, and I hate carpet!!  For our third bid, Steve from Blackforest just looked at them and acted like it was no big deal!!  Third time was an absolute charm!!  I don’t think I could convey what shape they were in, and now everyone oohs and aahhs about them! They are just beautiful and gleaming!!! Thank you Blackforest Hardwood Floors for restoring our floors into their former glory!!  You are definitely Master Craftsmen!!  Spokane’s Best Hardwood FloorsDeborahAs one of the companies that we worked with on our special home project, we truly respected your work, your help, your professionalism and you craftsmanship.
