Walk In Bathtub CostcoFelt like i was a bother not a paying customer. Smooth & excellent service.Easy to do business with. I rented a cargo van. It was easy to pack, drive, and unpack. Make sure the mileage is correct This is so easy I will use this service again!

The girl that checked us in for pick up was absolutely great! She was very friendly, answered all of our questions. Her name is Emily Ferrando, The boy that checked us in should not be in customer service. He never once made eye contact nor greeted me at arrival or when we left. He mumbled a few words as he was clicking on his hand held device. He did not look over the equipment that we returned to make sure that there was not any damage, which made me nervous about the return. He was annoyed that I wanted a printed out receipt. Which I would not have wanted if he would have been more communicative. I would strongly recommend some additional training with him, as well as specific customer feedback on him. He will eventually hurt your business at this location. His name is Anthony Millhou. If I do recommend your location to anyone I will be warning who ever it is to be careful when dealing with him. TWO nice ladies and a young man did a great job helping me... There was some discrepancy in pricing between paying and reservation.

I believe this was due to miles, deposit, etc. So I would have liked to have seen some indication of that in quote/reservation. The employees where awesome and the truck was in good condition. The young ladies were very helpful and professional/ The staff is very friendly and always helpful! I have rented here on two other occasions and each experience has been great! I have been renting a truck a few times a week the staff is always friendly and helpful. Nice place to deal with Don't make.me wait for three hours to unlock a storage unit you rented me then change the unit number because you screwed up and then want to charge me more. Insane way to do business Very helpful, quick and efficient. I would recommend to others. Tony was one of the most helpful and friendly service representatives we have dealt with in a long time. I reserved a 5x8 trailer and had a conformation. No one called to confirm like past rentals, and when I went to pick up my trailer, did not have it and the agent called Corp, who recommended that I drive approx 50 miles to get what I wanted.

Someone really dropped the ball Beautiful facility and very polite, fast and helpful personnel. Nothing things were A+ The young man who assisted me is an asset to your company. He was respectful, friendly, helpful and knowledgable. He has 8 years of college.good management potential. This is an excellent Center; Clean and orderly inside, the grounds and the Trucks. They run great too!??For full map, click on the word Google on the lower left corner of map.
