And now at the bottom is the circumstances I am currently dealing with in their largest floor plan. The building was just built the middle of August 2014. We have lived here since Aug 29 2014. After 80+ days of having multiple offenses of compromised living at Chandler Apartments that include but are not limited to: 1) Multiple documented complaints about pets on property not being leashed, supervised and accosting both myself and my roommate on multiple instances. This has included the following: dogs chasing us to our apartment, jumping on us, getting into our vehicle with us on MULTIPLE OCCASIONS.

To which we have emailed, called, and personally spoke to representation about who have assured us that measures were being taken to resolve the issue but with no evidence of this actually being executed. 2) Illegal drugs on property. The smell of illegal substances has been prevalent to the point now where it is affecting both our professions. This has made it where our performance has come into question based upon the odor that clings to our clothes after even just stepping outside our door. We are also unable to open our windows at any time based upon the stench. This is a huge concern for our personal safety. We expect to live in a zero tolerance community as was promised. 3) Multiple service requests for both faulty equipment and structure in our apartment. All of which have increased the amount of our bills drastically. This has been an ongoing problem for us to receive any maintenance because of the lack of processing service requests as well as lost wages for waiting for maintenance to arrive who on multiple occasions have not even arrived at all.

This has included issues with our water heater being tied into the heat that comes out of the walls. Our dryer was not installed properly and so has been faulty throughout the entire length of our lease. We have severe cracks in almost every wall our apartment. 4) Our key pad doesn't work. We were told upon signing the lease that the entry pad outside the leasing office would be changed so that we would be able to utilize this amenity. This has not been the case and now we have been informed that we will have to pay a charge to now get a local number in order to utilize this feature in addition to all of our other fees. 5) Lack of cooperation and communication of ALL staff members at Chandler Apartments. We have been told to go on "Blind Faith" that we are being heard and that resolutions will be found. We have been met with lack luster responses, segregation between certain staff members (i.e. "I am the only person to get things done") or just dismissal of our issues over the entirety our lease thus far.

We have not felt comfortable or confident that all of our concerns and issues have been communicated within the staff and that we made prevalent in our meeting today with Bill. 6) Solicitation on property. We have had two very disturbing experiences with strange male solicitors coming up to our door and trying to invite themselves into our apartment and trying to sell us different goods or services. As two single females who are generally alone in our residence this is totally unacceptable and a huge concern for our personal safety. 7) We were not informed properly of window cleaning and had issues with male window cleaners looking into our apartment at us in our beds as they performed their jobs. And when we addressed this to property agents they told us we needed to "check our email better" when we have done nothing but be in constant contact with the property managers. 8) We have also spoke concern with having us even being able to have our blinds open in multiple rooms of our apartment because of neighbors standing out on their patio staring in at us as we are just going about our day to day life.

Overall, we signed a lease with the expectation of being good residents and throughout the entirety of that lease we have been subject to nothing less than negligence and safety issues. We have been very vocal about all of these concerns and the staff on property yet to fulfill any promises of resolution. We pay a great deal of money and actively chose this property with the wants of nothing more than a safe living environment which has yet to be executed by the property managers. I have reached out the last couple of days about the construction on our apartment. We schedule the construction to be done the 27th of January 2015, from 9am-6pm. This was after a 3rd party representative from the construction place came in and evaluated the damages of cracks and ceiling seperations in all rooms of the apartment. I took off work for this day and Chandler apartments had knowledge that the other tenant would be moving out the morning of the 28th with movers. I was told that this construction would include ALL of the drywall repair, paint and carpet cleaning during this specific time frame.

The first construction worker showed up at 8am (which is fine) and I went and showed him all the concerns and he said this is not the only in not in this building that has had Crack repairs like this and these are so bad that they will definitely Crack again. He then said he needed to go make a phone call and would be back. 20 minutes pass by and then a 2nd construction worker shows up and rings the doorbell and comes in and I asked if he was here with the first gentleman and he said that he would go talk to him. So he leaves and another 15 minutes goes by and the 2nd guy returns but not the 1st. This 2nd guy takes 2 hours to lay down tarp in 2 rooms. None of which were over our belongings. I constantly hear him leave and enter the apartment for the next 2 hours after that constantly being on his phone and disappearing for 20 minutes at a time. Around 1130am Bill and Moses come by to inspect the progress and the construction worker was not in the apartment. At 130pm I am so frustrated that only 2 rooms have been stripped and not even drywall or patchwork put up yet that I go to see Bill who was out to lunch.

I return back home to have Moses there and who said that this was ridiculous and he would get a 2nd guy down to the apartment asap and would even stay himself to make sure that everything was done. He continued to acknowledge that the man had not worked properly in prepping ALL the rooms over the 5+ hours he had been there. Around 3pm Bill and Moses come again to inspect and by this time a 2nd man had come in and they had just laid down more tarp and stayed working on the livingroom. The master, laundry room, entryway, 2nd bedroom and hallway still all were not started yet outside of taping at 3pm. I voiced all my concerns to both bill and Moses and they saw the state of the apartment being unlivable and did not offer to do anything more than check in at the end of the night to see where we were at before I expressed how unhappy I was. And let this was now going to be a two day project instead of the original one day project that was promised. I did not receive and check up from ANY of the management team at the end of the day.

The men had left the apartment in the state of chaos and said that they would be back in the morning at 8am. My roommate who was supposed to move out the 28th ( again with full Knowledge by chandler). I have attached the photos for how our apartment looked at the end of Day 1. All the other photos have been previously sent to Bill and both of Sheena's emails. Her movers had to then be rescheduled but because it was within her 24hr cancelation window she was still going to be charged. We are happy to attach the documents for our missed pay and charges for moving. The 28th at 9am we went down to speak with Bill who acknowledged us but then promptly left and never returned to soak with us. He also didn't tell us he was going but that he would talk to us in just one minute. We waited around till 1030am and spoke all of our grievances to Chris who said that he would be sure to have bill stop by or at least call us with a check up. I then went down at 1pm to let them know that the construction men who left the place still messy and unfinished.

They had left without one word.The master bedroom still had cracks in it and drywall clumps everywhere. I was also asking when the carpet cleaning crew was going to be coming. Chris said that either Bill or himself would be contacting us to handle our account and figure out scheduling. We received no phone call yet again or visit from any of the 3 managers in the building from the time of 1030am to even now. We were not offered alternative sleeping arrangements even though management/maintenance saw the state of our home repair and knew the construction was going to be now more than a 1 day project. I personally missed out on 2 full days of work because of these repairs and my roommate was still charged for all of her moving fees. We are so unbelievably upset after all of the other problems we have had and we would greatly Like to speak with higher management than Bill, who's lack of caring and response and basic correspondence from 100yrds away from our door has made me UNBELIEVABLELY UPSET.
