Firstly - my car is a Rernault modus - manual- petrol and a 54 number plate. Ive had it since it was brand new.Any way - The other day my lights stop working,(1 head light and both sides of the dim lights). I got into the first parts shop i could find and bought some bulbs. The shop person directed me to a local mechanics who opened till late who could change my bulbs.Well hours on, the mechanics still had not completed my lights. They finally changed the head light but could not do the other lights. They asked me to return it the next day for them to finish it. To cut a long story short - my car is now shaking, rattling and jumping. The key drum is loose and rattling. The steering wheel cranks and clicks when you turn it. My hand hand brake is loose; and it sounds as if something in the engine and under the car is going to fall off with the rattling noise that you can hear. I have complained to them, and they have said I should bring it back and they will check. They have already said they will not look at the hand break as they did not go near this, but I know my car was not like this when I took it to them.
