Cheap Prom Dresses Modesto Ca

David's BridalI would highly recommend visit...I would highly recommend visiting this store if you are looking for a gown for any occasion. We were treated with professionalism and courtesy by everyone in the store, from the greeters, consultants, alterations all the way through to the cashiers. The consultants all gave us their undivided attention on each visit, selecting all the gowns that fit our list of wants. She suggested several that we had not thought of as well as bringing in other consultants for their opinions. She was very honest in her opinion of each dress, even by telling us if she felt the dress was not flattering or otherwise didn't look good. She brought out the alterations seamstress a couple of times to help us visualize how the dress would look after the alterations were made. We were treated to the same courtesy and professionalism both with appointments and without. We never felt pressured or rushed. Unlike some of the smaller boutique shops we visited, we were not made to feel inferior just because we were looking to spend in the low $100's for a gown.

(We ended up spending $299 on for the gown on sale - what a bargain!) When the wedding gown arrived and was so small it could not be altered to fit, we were concerned about the no-return policy, so stopped by without an appointment. The consultant and alternations person spent quite a lot of time with us, trying on additional gowns in the same style until it was determined that the gown we received had indeed been mismarked. A new gown was ordered and arrived in plenty of time to have the final alternations completed. The gown fit beautifully! We also purchased a mother-of-the bride dress at David's, and although the dress was not available in the size we needed, it was altered down 2 sizes to fit and looked perfect. All 6 bridesmaids were also dressed in dresses from David's. On our last visit my daughter decided to look at a few gowns that might work for her honeymoon cruise, and found the perfect dress for her trip as well. Overall, we were extremely satisfied with our experience at David's and would highly recommend this shop to anyone looked to purchase a formal or other dressy outfit at a great price.

Bianca's Bridal CoutureI am amazed by previous yelp reviews. As I have been using Biancas since 1997. The first time my daughter was 5 years old. She was the flower girl at my cousins huge wedding. Biancas took an adult white wedding dress, and fit it to my five year old daughter.
Town Fair Tire Mount And Balance PriceImagine that, as I couldn't believe this possible.
Gt 3000 Air Purifier Consumer ReportsThis is when the owners mother was seamstress and did the alterations like a pro.
Solid Rubber Skid Steer Tires For SaleI have never seen anyone do the work that woman was capable of. Several years later I bought my daughters prom dress at Biancas and had the alterations done perfectly at the last minute, A wonderful job with a new seamstress.

This year we bought my niece Savanah her prom dress at Biancas. It was a showstopper. The alterations were perfect, it fit her fabulous figure like a movie star. They have the best selections for every occasion. Gorgeous inventory, they are unequivocally the best in the business. So for all the bad reviews, I am one to argue for Biancas. I believe there must be several fake reviews left by a new store attempting to get business. Let your work be your reviews, there is enough business for everyone. Biancas work speaks very loud. I know the owner is of a different culture, and may not be working the door with a huge smile, but make no mistake she is a hardworking woman with great knowledge in her business. You only have to approach her and ask whatever you need, she will help you, and she is actually very nice. Her son is an adorable young man with a fantastic warm personality. Talk to him as well. he is a big asset to the store. I am not a fake reviewer. I am from Modesto and my name is Stefanie Vargas.

David's BridalGreat Customer Service and Ch...Great Customer Service and Cheap Prices! So prom is right around the corner. I was stressing beacuse I did not have my dress I tried a boutique in Modesto called "Bianca's Bridal" but there lets just say it was not a good experience. So I decided to go to Fresno there I spotted "David's Bridal" as i walked in the store I was like "aww such pretty dresses I bet the prices aren't pretty though" well guess what i was wrong! I guess you can never judge a book by it's cover. As I was looking for my prom dress I see the "ONE" it was the only one there and to my surprise it was my size! So I asked a lady that worked there if what was the price. I thought she was gonna say $200 but to my surprise it was only $69 I was so amazed. The kind lady then escorted me to a fitting room tried it on loved it and bought it! I recomend this store wholeheartedly to anyone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.. Published on May 14th, 2015 | It’s prom season, and no one’s giving any thought to the fact that all of the guys who show up are wearing used clothes.

Renting a tuxedo is part of the experience for high school boys; the girls, however, generally go shopping and lay out several hundred dollars for a dress they’ll wear once. True, they probably won’t end up in landfills, but this still strikes me as an inefficient use of resources… especially when there are plenty of young ladies out there that would love to get their hands on a used dress for cheap or free. Remember Pretty in Pink? I got thinking about this topic after reading about Becky Hayden, a high school math teacher in Thousand Oaks, California, who runs her own “lending library” for prom dresses. In her nine years of offering this service, Hayden’s collected around 300 dresses, but always has need for more. And even though she allows students from schools other than her own Moorpark High School to borrow dresses, she’s still running a pretty localized effort. So, I got to digging around for places to which readers could donate prom dresses in their own communities, and found there are a number of organizations that have spread out to multiple locations.

Here’s what I found for donating a dress, or picking one up for free (or close to it) – if you know of other organizations offering such a service, let us know about them in the comments. Fairy Godmothers, Inc.: With six locations around the US (mostly in the East), Fairy Godmothers, Inc., exists to “help provide a special high school prom experience for qualified high school girls whose financial situations are such as otherwise would preclude their ability to attend…” In addition to dresses, the organization also provides shoes and accessories. Becca’s Closet: Before she died in a car accident at the age of 16, Rebecca Kirtman had started a “dress drive” to collect dresses and accessories for fellow students who couldn’t otherwise afford them. Becca’s efforts live on in the organization that bears her name: their are chapters all over the country. Each chapter handles its own donations and distribution. Operation Prom: This multi-state organization not only collects dresses and accessories for girls wanting to attend prom, but also helps out guys in financial need with the cost of tuxedo rental (which can be pricey, too).
