What I don't like about the Heavy Duty 3 3/8" Centers Chrome Plated Diverter Clawfoot Tub Faucet is part of the diverter is made of plastic on the inside and will break over time, this is what happened to the last one I had. I also don't like that the faucet turns in the wrong direction. Anyone not aware that the handles turn up, instead of down like they should, will put a great deal more wear and tear on the fixture, causing it to break sooner than it should.Installation tip #1My solution to the handles turning the wrong way was to take them off and position them pointing down, so the only way you could turn them is up.Installation tip #2We opted using two Watts D60U Universal Dishwasher Kit with 3/4-Inch FGH EL, Stainless Steel, 60-Inch to install the faucet. My only complaint is that the diverter stem occasionally comes unscrewed from the pull stopper and... Literally took me 15 minutes to replace my faucet and couldn't be more satisfied.
