Inside of trailer has jet black film/dust contaminated my cargo though it looked ok when I picked it up. The owner of that location was really nice and helpful. I had booked a 5'x8' trailer and gave my credit card but when I arrived he said it was unavailable and I had to take a 6'x12' that I did not want or need. He gave it to me for the same price but I would have preferred a smaller trailer. Well the location was great but the booking part was he worst experience I've ever had. I wasn't able to fix a pick up location and got one in my town only after I forced the issue. If I didn't call uhaul the day before my pick up was 3 hrs away and I was told I'd have to pay the mileage and gas. Roughly $300 just to get the truck and 6 hrs to pick it up and bring it back. How did uhaul expect me to move when all my time was going to be spent picking it up and bringing it back. Your fuel gauge calculation are bogus. I put 3 more litres in when I fuelled the truck up and still got charged 10$

The truck was rented for 8am. When I got there at 8am the representative said that he did not open till 9am. I had a copy of my on-line contract and he then did the paperwork. wouldn't take trailer back if it wasn't backed into a specific spot that for a first time user couldn't do ended up having to ask random person in parking lot for assistance the hotel looks like a place for junkies and skunks. The place it a bit scary and sketchy. I had to put 20 dollars in gas an I only went 35 km they refused to see the gas level on flat ground I was charged 30.00 for a 15 footer an I didnt even have it 24 hours I put a 100 deposit down an got 5.00 back for less than 24 hours use not happy with this at all Couldn't get truck at pick up time hd to wait an hour.windows were left open was wet inside.passenger mirror was loose.overall I would rent u haul again but prefer a different location The truck was fine but could have been a bit cleaner This location charged us for an extra gas even though we filled it up to where the line was.

It was only because he put it on a hill which caused the meter to drop. And it was barely under by a sliver. Certainly not very customer friendly. Not very happy with the customer service.
