Observe the guys beside you and above you and you will be happy that you did. Cons This kind of goes without mentioning but being a service tech. is physically demanding. You will get tired but you will also get in better shape. If you are used to fast-paced manual labor it will not be a big deal, but if you aren't, get ready to be tired. Another downside is that if you are working at a store in a lower income area, or for a store that doesn't quite have it figured out yet, you will not get raises as quickly as you would at one of the better performing storms. Advice to Management Be sure to keep a constant note of your non-management employees future plans. (ex. make DTC a career, work for DTC throughout high school/college, etc.) I saw a few mistakes that could've been avoided if managers knew how long their employee planned on staying with DTC.

You are always run your store as well as the best of class in the company, so you never meet expectations.
