This Contract is effective as of the ______ day of ______________ We ask for a $250.00 deposit for our Golden Retriever puppies, and a $400.00 deposit for our Mini Goldendoodle puppies. The deposit will hold the puppy until 8 weeks of age and is non-refundable. If you decide you do not want a puppy from our current litter, you can move your deposit to a future litter, please let us know before the puppies reach 5 weeks of age if you would like to do this though, as typically our puppies do go very quickly. If for any reason the breeding does not take place, your deposit would be moved to the next available litter. We do have more then one litter a year, so you would not have to wait long. If you need us too, we can hold your puppy for you past the age of 8 weeks. We accept cash, or checks for your deposit, however we do ask for a Cash only payment, when you pick up your puppy, and pay the remaining balance. Once I receive your deposit, you can let me know if you would like a male or female.

The selection process will be based on order in which I receive deposits. First deposit gets first pick, second deposit gets second pick and so on.

Puppies cannot be taken home until they reach 8 weeks of age. Please contact us for current prices. Included with the purchase of your puppy is: -Full registration (For our Golden Retriever Puppies) -Vet check, first vaccinations and worming At time of sale, seller agrees that the puppy is in good health.

The puppies health will be guaranteed for 3 days after it has been picked up. The buyer has 3 business days to have the puppy examined by their own licensed veterinarian. If the the veterinarian finds the puppy to be ill, a full refund of the purchase price will be given back to the buyer– provided the puppy is in the same condition as at the time of purchase when returned to the seller. The buyer must provide a written statement from their licensed veterinarian explaining the health issues. The buyer will assume all expenses associated with the return of the puppy to the seller, including any veterinary costs after the puppy has left the breeder. If the buyer does not take their puppy to a licensed veterinarian with 3 business days of picking it up, the contract is null and void. The puppies hips will be guaranteed from dysplasia for the first 26 months of their life. If a licensed veterinarian determines that the puppy has developed hip dysplasia due to genetics and the dog will not be a functional, healthy dog, the buyer will have two options:

1. They may return the puppy to the breeder and the breeder will replace the puppy when one is available. 2. The buyer can decide to keep the dog and assume any and all medical bills that may incur, and the contract will be null and void. As a courtesy, the seller will refund half the original purchase price back to the buyer. This will be done within 60 days of the buyers notice. This is Golden to Poodle cross; this is first generation, resulting in healthier offspring. Hair type can be smooth like a Golden, or wavy/shaggy or occasionally a wiry look like an Irish Wolfhound (but with a softer feel), they can shed or not shed, pups in the same litter can vary. F1-B = 25% Golden Retriever and 75% Poodle (F1 Goldendoodle and Poodle cross). This is Goldendoodle bred back to Poodle. F2 = F1 Goldendoodle and F1 Goldendoodle cross. With this combination you get the same percentage of Golden and Poodle mix as you would with an F1 Goldendoodle. F3 = F2 Goldendoodle and F2 Goldendoodle cross.
