Looking at other reviews I decided to order this one, which cost a small amount more. But it is MUCH better. The fabric is what makes the difference. It is thicker and it lays nicely. The Gryffindor crest is pretty convincing on both robes, actually. I am very pleased with this purchase. Halloween evening can be a bit chilly and this robe will fit over regular clothes and will be perfect. I ordered the Gryffindor tie and I found a white, button down collar uniform shirt to buy from Walmart. My granddaughter will be Hermione incarnate come October 31.

It is cheap, thin velour-ish material that is poorly sewn and is not even close to true to size. I accidentally dropped the clasp on the floor and part of it popped off, needing to be superglued back on. Due to a horrible site-to-store experience I do not have time to do anything as my daughter needs it for school tomorrow. If I had had any other choice I would have returned it and figured out a different way to go. I will never order anything online and site-to-store from Walmart again.
