Also the restaurant for dinner is good with a lot of dishes for all tastes. The relationship quality/cost is excellent. 눉Lack of facilities and bad accommodation . Bathroom leakage and water stuck for ages. Room smelly and dust Room big but nothing interesting Too dusty near close to road. 눇The only good thing is security . 눉Expect more quality and service. I asked for a 1.30 massage, get only 1 hour and when I tell it to the lady at the entrance of the spa, she just said sorry and smiled... Restaurant is nice but kinda dirty. The bathtub wouldn't flow and when the mechanic came, he told me that it could not be fixed and normally guests in this particular room would bath and let the water flood then the next morning housekeeping would dry it. Bed n pillow sheet was not crisp and had stain. The hotel is under renovation so except the elderly Swimming pool and the one restaurant, nothing is available, except t for a very large but completely unused gym. Would not stay here again. The elevators were so slow and hard to use.눇The Soto Medan from room service was fantastic.
