The open living and dining area has a glass wall to the terrace, and offers beautiful views of the mountains. There are a few houses that surround this house, but all at a pleasant distance, so that you will feel surrounded by nature. The very large master bedroom has its own walk in closet and en-suite bathroom with shower and spa tub. There is a kingsize bed and a large writing desk. The second bedroom also has a kingsize bed, and the third bedroom has two full beds (extra wide single beds). There is a second bathroom with a shower/bath combination. All bedlinen is provided, as well as plenty of towels for every guest.All appliances are at your disposal, including a washer and dryer, hair dryer, and coffee maker.

Boquete Canyon Village has a swimming pool, and a clubhouse which you are welcome to use, but the premises need to be kept clean and quiet at all time. The security guards do an excellent job. But, burglaries and thefts happen everywhere in the world, and we don't want a bad experience to ruin your vacation. Lock the house when you are not there, and for the night. It may take a bit of skill to lock the terrace doors: push them together with some force and move the little click button. Hide your valuables in non-obvious spots (under your pillow or mattress is too obvious!). Don't leave anything outside, on the terrace, or in your car, that could be stolen.- On the fridge in the kitchen you will find emergency numbers.- Finally:Treat the house like your own.

Things break, that's life. Just replace what you break or lose with a similar item, or leave a fair payment before you leave. I love animals, but as a lot of people have allergies, I don't allow any pets in the house. The house is non smoking area. If you wish to smoke, please do so outside, in such a manner that the smoke cannot travel in. Do not leave any cigaret buds in the garden, and be careful in the dry season not to start a bush fire! Like other Latin American countries, Panama struggles with water and electricity outages from time to time. Please keep in mind that Panama is Panama and things don't always go or work the way you may be used to. Appliances are of less quality (even if they have well known brand names), things stop functioning or break down just like that.If an appliance breaks down we will send for a technician immediately, but they may not be able to fix the problem during your stay. Even if other landlords do not warn you about these possible setbacks, be aware that every home owner in Panama has to deal with these issues!
