Beaver Lake is a small lake in Derry NH and is a mere 2 miles from the center of town.  The lake is 150 acres in size with a shallow shoreline reaching approximately 40 feet at its deepest point. There are approximately 130 waterfront properties around the lake, some are seasonal cottages but the majority are now year round homes. There are 3 major tributaries that feed into Beaver Lake and one outlet becoming Beaver Brook. Beaver Brook travels through the heart of Derry, down through Londonderry and continues all the way to Lowell, MA where it joins the Merrimack River.
