This was my first house build Gary weyant was very patient with explaining stuff we didn't understand and while we made choices on what we wanted for the house. Blacks was a great company to work with from start to finish. We worked with Dave after the house was built he was always there for us with any problems we had and got it taken care of in a very timely manor. Gary our salesman was very patient while we changed our mind time after time, finally after 3 floor plans and a long bank process we got approval for our current home and ordered our home. Gary was great and made suggestions that we would have never though of!

Our house came when promised and the quality cannot be beat! This is our second manufactured home and there is no comparison to the first one, the home from Black's is so much better of a home! We get so many compliments on our new home! Dave, the construction manager has been such a wonderful person to work with too! His easy communication style and knowledge of everything made my life so much easier! I appreciate how easy everything was to complete from start to finish! Our property was a challenge because we couldn't get crane near our lot. Dave Edmunson was our sales rep, and was informative and supportive. He came up with the idea of building a temp bridge when everyone else said it couldn't be done. The process was easy from the beginning. We have lived in our home for the last 5 months and couldn't be happier. We did have some issues with the house, nothing major.

Even so, all we had to do was call or text Dave and we had a service person out to our house within 24hrs or less. Overall, our house was affordable, to our spec's and everyone we have dealt with has been professional and courteous.
