My rent has experienced significant increases on a consistent basis every year that I've lived there, yet there have been absolutely no enhancements that have been made to the property - inside or out. After my 4th year there, they did repave the parking lot...something I don't think anyone asked them to do, but that was it. Overall, the neighborhood is very quiet. My unit is spacious. My neighbors are very respectful and honest. I don't have any complaints other than the annual rent increases.
