This results in a maintenance fee, which is currently a very reasonable $500.00. – This is truly an outstanding value. There are 2 golf courses within 10 minutes drive and several more courses are within 20-25 minutes of Victoria Place. For those who enjoy winter snowmobiling, the Twin Mountains Snowmobile Club maintains and operates the local groomed trails just north of Bobcaygeon.
