The beach has some prominent rocks mixed with sand/mud and small rocks. The upland portion of Parcel 6 is gentle and undulating with good building sites. Adjacent to the northwest side of the lot is a creek and is zoned for open space. Parcel 7 is a waterfront lot with approximate waterfrontage of 320 feet.
