I spent quite a bit of time doing web research as there are a lot of hot tub cover... Beyond Nice worked with us on damage to a cover that we had ordered from them approx 9 months ago. Their communication is outstanding! It seems very well made I am completely satisfied. The hot tub cover is extremely well-built. It was delivered on time. This product, as well the company, are highly recommended. This is our third cover for our 24+ year old Cal Spa and the quality of this cover is as good or possibly better than the original cover. Our spa cover arrived yesterday. Considering this was a custom order, the turn around time was exceptionally fast. We ordered it June 27th and recieved it July15th.
