A few of the rooms had been knocked into one, so we reinstated the two rooms on each floor.” They were pleasantly surprised to discover that most of the property’s original features were in tact.“We were quite shocked that most of the original features were still there, including ceiling roses, cornicing, period etched glass, and fireplaces.
