If you are interested let me know if you need more info and I'll forward the previous information email along to you. IN CASE OF RAIN: This was the first year we got rained out. Moving forward in future years we'll decide beforehand on if we will have a rain-date, and include that in our marketing from the start. If we do need to cancel the event we will not attempt (again) for another date. This is our last shot for the event this year. WE NEED YOUR HELP! Because all our promotion this year was based on the previous date chosen, we will miss out on the advertising efforts we put forth so far.

We will do everything we can to promote the event on the short notice that we have - free advertising on news sites/newspapers, putting signs up, and hopefully being a part of Culture Days will bring us some free promotion. But, we will all need to do everything we can to spread the word and get as many visitors as possible. Tell your friends and family to come, put up signs, send out emails, post on social media, and generally spread the word as much as you're able! I will be printing some small flyer/posters - If you are keen on doing some legwork to hand them out, put some in mailboxes, or post them in relevant places in neighboring communities, just let me know how many you need and I'll get them ready.
