Prep: Lay down a towel or in this case a rubber mat in front of the vehicle to protect the bumper from hitting the ground. * Find a safe place to store all of the rivets and bolts you will remove from the vehicle. Step #1: Tools Needed- (1) Medium/ Small Flat Head Screwdriver. - Open the hood and locate the 7 plastic rivets holding the grille and bumper to the radiator support. -With your flat head screwdriver pop up the rivet and remove it. - Now proceed to the driver side and turn your wheel all the way to the right so you can access the fenderwell. Remove the 3 rivets in the fenderwell in the same fashion you did for the grill. Step# 2: Tools Needed- 10mm Socket Wrench w/ Extension. - Pull back the fenderwell (using the flat head screwdriver where needed) to expose the (2) 10mm bolts securing the bumper to the fender.

- Using your 10mm socket remove these bolts and put in a safe place. - Reach into the fenderwell and remove the plug from the corner lights. - Repeat this process on the passenger side. - Now the bumper is free and can be pulled forward. **Add painters tape to the fender to protect from marks caused by the bumper** The Following 3 Users Say Thank You to LCA575 For This Useful Post: invadertim (03-20-2016), L50K (10-15-2012), (11-25-2013) Step# 3: Tools Needed- 10mm Socket Wrench w/ Extension. - Now that the bumper is pulled forward the 4 bolts holding the headlight in are exposed. - With your 10mm socket wrench remove the following bolts: - Now you can pull the headlight out and unclip the headlight harness. - Put headlight in oven and repeat Step #3 on passenger side. - Now install your Demon Eye Kit and VOLA! Changing both headlight bulbs on your Sentra at the same time will allow both bulbs to have the same intensity and prevent the new headlight bulb from appearing brighter than the bulb on the opposite side. In some Nissans, the highbeam is the same bulb as the headlight and it is possible for the highbeam to work, but the headlight be burnt out even if they are the same bulb (and vise versa). Some Nissans have high intensity discharge headlights, sometimes referred to as xenon lights. If your Sentra has this type of bulb, we do not recommend that you attempt to change it yourself. When you change the headlight on your Sentra, it is important to not touch the glass part of the bulb with your fingers because the oil from your fingertips will cause that part of the bulb to burn hotter, which significantly shortens the life of the bulb.

How to Replace a Headlamp on a Infiniti G35 Occasionally, you will need to replace the headlamp on the Infiniti G35 due to a cracked or damaged lamp, to do body work to the vehicle or to replace the stock headlamp with a high intensity or custom headlamp. Replacing the headlamp requires detaching the front bumper, but the replacement can be done in about an hour or two. You can replace the headlamp yourself, saving you the time and expense of having someone else do the work for you. Locate the black plastic rivets on the radiator support of the Infiniti G35 that are holding the grill and bumper in place. There should be 7 rivets. Detach each of the plastic rivets with a flathead screwdriver until the grill and bumper are loose. Turn the steering wheel all the way to the right, in order to access the front driver's side fenderwell and remove the 3 plastic rivets with a flathead screwdriver that are holding the cover in place. Remove the fender cover from the fenderwell and locate the 10mm bolts behind the fender cover that are holding the bumper in place.

Detach the bolts that are holding the bumper to the fender with a socket wrench and put the bolts in a safe place. Locate the headlamp plug inside the fenderwell and detach the plug from the driver's side headlamp. Pull the bumper forward and locate the four bolts that are holding the headlamp in place. Remove the bolts that are holding the headlamp in place with a socket wrench and pull the headlamp away from the vehicle, unhooking the electrical harness from the back of the headlamp. Attach the electrical harness to the back of the new headlamp and secure the headlamp to the vehicle frame with the bolts. Place the bumper back into position and reattach the headlamp plug from behind the fenderwell. Reattach the bolts in the fenderwell that are holding the bumper to the fender. Secure the fender cover of the Infiniti G35 to the fender with the plastic rivets and then attach the grill and bumper to the radiator support with the remaining plastic rivets.
