I can't get the headlight assembly out, it is hung up in the center on the bottom of the assembly. Am I missing something? I removed the front grill and the two screws holding the assembly in. Loosen the fascia on the side that you are working on (Refer to 13 - Frame and Bumpers/Bumpers/FASCIA, Front - Removal) . 3. Remove the lower headlamp assembly fasteners (2) and the lower facia support bracket (1). 4. Remove the lower outboard fastener (6). 5. Remove the upper fastener closest to the center of the vehicle (3). 6. Remove the upper fastener closest to the fender (4). 7. Disconnect the front lamp unit electrical connectors (5) and remove the front headlamp assembly.

NOTE: If replacing the front lamp unit, the bulbs must be transferred to the new unit. It didn't happen :mad: (of course) but I brought it in anyway and told them to leave it outside overnight and try it in the morning. I went down to the dealership when they opened and stood right there when the tech opened the door. Not only that, but when it stopped after 30 seconds or so he went to put the key in the ignition and it happened again!Anyway, they replaced the same thing on my car as yours (the horn pad/airbag assembly). Of course, they didn't have a black one in stock so I have a tan one on there temporarily. It didn't happen this morning when they opened the door, but they had kept the car indoors in the heated shop overnight! I left it there and told them to lock it up outside and I'd pick it up tonight after 7:00 (this way it will have been out in the cold for about 11 hours). I hope this is the answer. If it happens when I go to pick it up tonight I'll just leave it there again.You buy a newer car so you don't have any problems, right? Oh, well...as long as the warranty covers it and they try to make it right I can't really complain, I guess.
