I could never bring myself to spend a lot of money on one. I saw the low price and good reviews and figured I would try the Mamba. I am so glad that I did ! Now I just float while it cleans. It does sometimes stay in the same area of the pool but if you just leave it going/give it time, it will get the pool clean. The instructions that came with it are sad at best but it didn't take a genius to assemble. That is my only complaint so far. I just recently purchased the Mamba Pool Cleaner and after 1 use I was very happy. I recommend this pool cleaner! Took what I felt was a gamble buying a discounted return Mamba and the gamble paid off. Still learning how to adjust the flow control valve so it cleans all parts of our pool. Can spend time doing other things that we used to spend cleaning the pool manually. It does not move in the pool. I just sit there. A waste of money. First delivery my cleaner was broke. Doheny was awesome on the free return and turn around with a new on was only a few days.

Cleans well but hose is too short for my pool and it get stuck at the stairs just like the creepy crawly. It had a hard time staying flat on the incline part of the pool.
