Understandably the walker is beside herself with grief and feels terrible. There have been several sighting around the Somerset Walmart area. He was last seen running parallel with Walmart through the cornfield adjacent to 219. He came in with his sister Gizmo and Gizmo misses her brother terribly. We have put out food and water and also live traps but unfortunately have come up with nothing.They have already been approved by a very nice adopter who wants to keep them both together. Please help us find Bear and bring him back so he can be reunited with his sister and they can both go to their new home TOGETHER. Imagine being excited every time a human comes into the shelter. Some people stop to pet and talk to them and the animals become so excited, thinking this may finally be their happily ever after but no. Some people wont even look at the...se pets because of preconceived notions on their breeds. As time passes the animals stop getting up to greet visitors, they no longer want to play and they start to loose hope. We love all of these animals and they all deserve wonderful, loving homes. Please come out and meet them, spend time with them and we guarantee you will fall in love with them just like we have. For the next 2 weeks (ending 09/10/16) we will waive the adoption fee on all of the animals pictured below with an approved application. They deserve the best in life and we are going to do everything we can to see that happen.
