Dogs over 6 months old are spayed/neutered prior to adoption. Puppies under 6 months old will need spayed/neutered before 7 months old and Noah's Hope will issue a spay/neuter voucher to cover part of that cost.

All dogs are also micro chipped prior to adoption. She was surrendered to a local shelter when her owners could no longer provide the medical attention that she needed. Kia came to Noah's Hope with several large tumors on her underside. She was taken to the vet, the tumors were removed, sent in for biopsy and came back cancer. She still has plenty of energy and loves to hunt in her foster homes yard. She is house broke and kennel trained. Because of her large size caution should be used around small dogs and very small kids. Kia will need a home with no cats. She would be happiest in a home with a fenced-in yard as she loves to explore and sniff around. She is not a fan of car rides although she does not get carsick. Kia is spayed, current on her vaccinations and micro chipped. Initially her owners tried to catch her with no luck, they gave up and got a new dog instead. People could get within feet, but no one could catch her.
