Our room was clean, huge by New York standards and pleasantly quiet. We were on the 2nd floor, facing the street and heard little to no noise. Also, this hotel had possibly the best air conditioning that I've ever experienced during a hotel stay. Visiting NYC is tiring work, Anna, so we make sure that everything is nice and comfy when you finish the day. I'm glad that everything was clean, comfortable, and -- best of all -- cool. Come see us again on your next trip! The summer heat in NYC was tough so going back to the hotel was a respite from the heat. The AC was great. The room was quiet and clean. The downside was that the room had no refrigerator and the ice and potable filtered water was in the basement. This could be challenging due to only one slow moving elevator.... It's been a hot summer, Lisa, so we're happy we could be a nice cool place for you to rest. We're sorry that we're not able to have full room service, as we don't have room for a kitchen or restaurant, but we hope that everything was comfortable otherwise, and we'd love to have you back again on another visit....

Thank goodness for room a/c! 5 night stay, and pleasantly surprised! I have stayed at a number of different places during my visits to NYC and must say this was one of the biggest rooms I've stayed in. Comfortable king bed, nice bathroom, clean! My room overlooked the park so was quite nice. Being on a busy street it was... Room AC is such a blessing sometimes! Was told "Sorry, there was a glitch in our system and we are overbooked, we do not have a room for you." after driving 260 miles over 5 hours. We had made our reservation over a month prior and had email confirmation. Was also told the entire... As we said at the time, we're extremely sorry about the error in our system that caused the overbooking. We tried calling you on the phone number on your reservation from the third party booking engine to informed you of the situation and that we had secure a double room, at no cost for the night (a free night stay... I booked late and thought I'd stay downtown at the Leon Hotel. We arrived early afternoon and checked in. The room was clean and the beds were made however instead of having a duvet cover the bed had a flat sheet, the duvet without a cover and another flat sheet. It's enough to make someone feel uncomfortable because who knows... Sorry to hear that you were uncomfortable, but all of our linens are cleaned thoroughly after every guest's stay, so we can assure you that they were fresh for you.

As for the shower, we're sorry if the drainage was slow, and we hope you let the front desk know so we could take care of it.
