First of all it took 3 days before I could get through to the hotel found out there system was down. Got there and thought I was getting two beds and had one King, third issue was when I went to get the blanket out of the closet it was gum or candy stuck on the blanket.

We were pleasant to find the room was very clean, no odors and friendly stuff. The only problem n concern are the beds we didn't have a very good night sleep because of the beds, they were very uncomfortable. this was first time to stay at a mainstay hotel. Room very clean staff very nice. Did not pick up on no bath towels in bathroom, until I came out of showerhad to use 2 hand towels. Breakfast had a lot to be desired, had a bagel. As the title says 1st timer at this chain. Wouldn't hesitate to come back! Nice little efficiency @ a very affordable rate. Rooms were very clean, although carpeting was a bit worn.

WiFi was fairly quick and did not experience any disconnects. The efficiency has enough dishes for 2 people. The fridge is midsize and could probably accommodate 3-4 days... 1st and foremost the staff is very friendly. Stephanie greeted me and allowed me to do an early check in after a long ride from NJ. The lobby was clean. I originally booked a king suite but none were available for early check in so I took a queen. The room was really clean there were stains on the carpet... Staff was really great... Room could have used one more mirror so that more of us ladies could get ready at the same time and stove top took a long time to boil water.... Other than that it was pretty good. I based my stay here entirely on previous reviews on multiple sites. We had corner room. About 6 miles from main gate. Only thing that could be improved would be breakfast. Ok for early morning snack before getting ready and heading out for full breakfast. Thanks for taking time to fill out a review.
