I just wanted to let you know that he is cheeky, energetic, loyal, affectionate  and above all else 100% healthy.  He is at a healthy ( according to the vet) 7kg, has just been desexed, and is a picture of health, and surprising energy given he is a pug. His walks have kept getting longer and longer, and he almost starts crying when he knows it’s time to leave his park and come home. 

He is fantastic around other dogs, and we have been fortunate that the main parks we frequent have wonderful dogs and owners…in almost 6 months of walks and plays in the park, we have had no trouble at all. He has a real love for water and follows me into the shower every morning.  He has literally changed our life J. Whether it’s fair or not, I know your store has copped some unwanted attention. What actually triggered me to write this email, was an unfair comment I heard from a colleague at work regarding pet shops. I just wanted to say ( as I said to you at the time), that we couldn’t have had a better experience purchasing our dog from your store. It was very evident to me, how much you and your staff care for the animals, as is evidenced by us having a healthy, happy, loving dog. Yes, you’re a business and are making a profit.  But I appreciate the fantastic care and guidance you provided us with the purchase, and couldn’t possibly recommend you any higher to prospective buyers.
