I assume he selected the Moen faucet for its price and not for its functionality. It is not high quality and there are several issues with the design. Jaguar Xj6 Car Seat CoversThe major one is that the pull out nozzle has a relatively long handle which feels comfortable in the hand, but when it sits retracted back in the faucet arm, it comprises about three quarters of the arm's total length, therefore, when you move the faucet from side to side, you have to awkwardly grip it very low, otherwise you are simply pushing the detachable head out of the dock. Also, there are several seams on the vertical portion of the faucet and crud seems to get caked in there quite easily.

I agree with the individual who said that the pressure was not terrific, but that is not so much an issue. It's the way that the pull out handle feels loose that bothers me most. I originally thought it was 4-5 years old but when I called Moen to complain they said it had only been 3 years. Since I had several problems with it they were kind enough to send me a new one at no charge. The new model which looks exactly like the old one is definitely not as sturdy, some of the metal pieces are now plastic. I'm not sure yet if this is a bad thing though but other problems are already cropping up. It's only been in use 9 months and the spray handle has started to droop but Moen will replace it. It's become a nuisance but since I can do the work myself I'm going to fix it. BUY IT FOR LIFE, I may hold them to it.

It says it's from the 'Renzo Collection' and I'm pretty sure that Renzo himself would send this one back for a redesign. I picked this model cuz I wanted a pullout spray faucet and it was more affordable than others. I got what I paid for. The wiggly, wobbly spray head doesn't seat well into the base and easily falls out if you try to rotate the faucet while holding it. The woven metal enclosed hose attached to the head is stiff and hard to bend until you run some hot water through it. We've learned to live with it but will never really get used to it. I BOUGHT THIS FAUCET ABOUT A WEEK AGO, I GOT IT A REAL GOOD PRICE. IT CLEANS REAL NICE AND LOOKS GOOD. IT WAS EASY TO INSTALL. WHAT I DON'T LIKE ABOUT THIS IS, NUMER 1, THE WATER PRESURE ISN'T STRONG ENOUGH FOR ME. I SHOULD HAVE READ THE BOX MORE CLOSELY. NUMER 2, THE ARM WITH THE SPRAY HEAD ISN'T HIGH ENOUGH. IT IS A WATER SAVER FAUCET, IT SAYS ON THE BOX. FOR THE PRICE I PAID, IT WAS WORTH IT. WILL SEE HOW LONG IT WORKS,AS ITS NOT THAT OLD YET.

Bought this a little over a year ago and the wand is already drooping out of the faucet base. It's very hard to turn the faucet from side to side. For the price I paid this thing should last a whole lot longer than this, I'd think. Is this bushing looking thing replaceable? I bought this 4-5 years ago and installed it myself with no problems. In the last year though the finish just on the pull out spout has yellowed and when you turn the faucet from side to side it is very difficult and it feels like there is sand in the base. The hard water is probably causing the turning difficulty but the old one was 25 years old and I don't remember it doing that. I just bought this and when it was installed, sorry to see that spout is PLASTIC! It was my own fault because I opened the box in the store and measured the height of the faucet because I have low clearance. Ultimately, it is probably not going to be worth the cost of instillation. After having this faucet for only a few months the swivel feature started getting really stiff and the parts where the nozzle nest became worn so the nozzle won't stay seated.
