If you own a Moen single handle shower faucet, chances are good it has a 1225 cartridge. Moen shower cartridge replacement for the 1225 cartridge is a straight forward process that most homeowners and renters can perform themselves. Replacement cartridges for Moen are available online and at home improvement centers. Tools and Materials Needed for Moen Shower Cartridge ReplacementTowel Moen cartridge puller (optional) Replacement Moen 1225 cartridge Moen Shower Cartridge Replacement – Removing The Faulty CartridgeFind the water shut off valve to the shower.
