I will not use uhual anymore and also i will make others aware of how uhual are cheating people put or their money. This is the second time this has happen. Easy fast pick up. Harold Hardeman and female employee went above and beyond to help me. I apologize for not remembering her name. Wiring was not correct on the trailer. I had flashers rather than turn signals. The person who hooked up the unit said that everything was correct. I did not notice until I was too far down the road to turn around. I dropped the trailer off when the store was closed so I did not talk to the employees. When I hooked up to our camper, all the wiring was correct. I bought a heavy duty flasher but that did not help. The trailer probably needs to be checked. When I went to pick up the uhaul he was telling me the price of everything an he was like an it gonna be 14$ for insurance on the uhaul as well an then he told me the price . I didn't no it was optional until after I returned it an it was sky high ...

I rented a 4x8 trailer to take my son to college, on the return trip the traffic was horrible coming down 75N. I telephoned Uhaul and was told that it would be okay if I would be able to drop it off after hours and there wouldn't be any additional cost. I just received the bill I was charged for a full rental for 15 minutes of trailer use. I had an extremely hard time renting a truck. It took over a week to get a truck in the location I needed. Everyone I spoke with was not helpful in getting me what I needed. I am very unhappy with the service I received, I ended up having to pay twice what the rental should have cost due to poor service. We will not use U-Haul for our next move! No complaints awesome the guy Harold there was very professional. The van broke down immediately after leaving the facility I was unable to meet a deadline which cost me time and money Offer taller trailers 6'3" clearance would be great. That would allow for less bruising and head butting.

Harold the Assistant Manager would not address any of my concerns regarding the issues with this truck. He told me to call the location that I rented the truck from. This is a Corporate location he could have addressed my issues. A young lady out front where the trucks were being checked in at was rude to me and advised he that I had returned a truck dirty. I didn't know I was supposed to take the truck and have it detailed prior to dropping it back at this location. This comment she made was totally out of line and should have never been said. As we removed any trash from the truck and made sure the trailer itself was free of any debris. I will be contacting my bank this morning and stopping payment on the transaction that took place at the other location as I did not get what I paid for. I replaced the fuel in the truck on the way to return it Harold still wanted to charge me a $48.75 fuel charge. I went back and added more fuel to the truck the fuel hand still did not move and I had receipts for the fuel.

They finally said they truck was being put on hold until the issues could be addressed. Due to this experience I will not use Uhaul again and I have used Uhaul several times in the last two years. I will like I have already stated be calling my bank and stopping any payments to Uhaul until this issue is resolved. If you do not want to work with a customer and address their concerns then find a job that does not require working with the public. We are repeat customers. Your location is OUR LOCATION!
