If you called in recently to talk to our Customer Service Department, you may have heard a new voice on the end of the line. That would be Andrew! Andrew is no stranger to Nordic having worked here during his summer breaks from college.

Rodney Tracey, Customer Service Manager, and Andrew have known each other for a few years so, when the need for an additional CSR came up, Rodney knew Andrew was a perfect fit for ...the position. He joined the Nordic Team full-time in May of this year. “We love having Andrew as a part of the Nordic Team” states Kristin Woiteshek, General Manager for Nordic Hot Tubs. “Andrew gained great experience and knowledge during his summers spent at Nordic and is now a welcome addition to our full-time staff.” Originally from Rockford, Michigan, Andrew graduated from Rockford High School where he played basketball, football and ran track. After graduation, he attended Central Michigan University, studying both English and Law. Changing priorities brought him back to Nordic full-time. “I love it!” states Andrew. When asked what his goals are as a Customer Service Rep, Andrew states, “Just to be the best I can be! I love to help out and I want to continue learning!” In his spare time, Andrew enjoys playing basketball and video games.

“I’m pretty good at it” says Andrew with a grin. “My best is 42/1 in Call of Duty!” He also loves going to the beach with his friends and playing beach volleyball. Andrew has a nickname here at Nordic and it's a good story. A few years ago, Rodney Tracey’s young niece told him he was “Prince Andrew”. Andrew says he’s not quite sure how it happened, but the nickname got shortened to “Princess” and it stuck. “It’s great!” states Andrew with a laugh. “Princess" was recently gifted with a tiara and a wand…use them wisely Andrew.
