Small hotel, perfect location, hotel reception staff very friendly and very helpful, we asked to move rooms and it was done next day, good free fast wi fi, clean, I can't comment on breakfast as we were room only, I would definitely return to this hotel.Bathroom was newly renovated. Rooms need to be renovated and beds updated. TV did not work well, satellite never had a signal. Staff and service was excellent and accommodating. The welcome and service are exemplary - staff are clearly proud to work there. Our room was large and very comfortable - tea and coffee facilities very handy. Bed very comfortable, shower excellent, and air conditioning very quiet. Breakfast was magnificent in beautiful surroundings and the restaurant was as good in the evening. The hotel is a haven - very... We wish we daily read such comments from our guests! We are pleased and welcome to visit us again. A surprise upgrade from the sister hotel. Exceptional service from the staff, brilliantly serviced room.

Only problem is with my height, kept banging my head on the ceiling of my 3rd floor room, my own fault for not remembering about the ceiling height. Close to the main square. Just returned home from a 5 day trip with family to Krakow and stayed here. Absolutely lovely in every way, charming helpful staff, gorgeous room, everywhere spotlessly clean, fab buffet breakfast ( you could also ask for eggs to be cooked any way you wanted) and the hotel is full of character, really nice. We didnt eat in the hotel... Thank you for such a nice review. We wish we daily read such comments from our guests. Thank you for very nice opinion. Hotel Amadeus is conveniently located close to the market square in the old town. The staff was friendly and spoke excellent English. Wi-Fi was surprisingly fast, around 10/30 MB. This is actually the fastest Wi-Fi I’ve seen in any hotel. Sleeping quality could have been better: the pillows were not too good. There was some noise occasionally during the night... Thank you very much for praising words. Location is perfect for the square, bars and restaurants. Rooms were very nice, clean and comfy. Outside Temp -20c, room lovely and warm.Breakfast was very good. Staff very friendly and helpful. Would stay here again. Thank you for very nice words.
