This list should help you decide if we are the group for you. ACCT Philly welcomes adopters 7 days a week, 365 days a year! Adopting a new pet is easy. Our main shelter facility is open weekdays from 1 p.m. – 8 p.m. and weekends and holidays from 10 a.m. – 5 p.m. We have numerous other adoption locations where pets are housed or visit weekly and monthly. Please bring photo ID with your current name and address. Adoption fees vary from as low as zero dollars – that’s right, no fee – to $300 depending on the age, species and type of animal. We frequently offer special adoption discounts and promotions; check out the News page for details! Cats and kittens can be adopted two for the price of one through our Adopt-A-Buddy program.

Nassau Street or Canal Street Dog Walking SAVE Cat Cage Cleaning (9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.) Petco Cat Cage Cleaning (8am or afternoons at Mercer Mall) Kitten Foster - for kittens under 4 weeks (bottle feeding) Adoption Days — Saturdays and Sundays at PETCO, Utopia for Pets, PetValu and Cutters Mill Volunteer Fund Raising Committee You must be at least 14 years of age to volunteer, but we allow children 8 - 13 years of age to volunteer with a parent. All volunteers MUST be over 18 years of age to work with and walk dogs. We do require that volunteers commit 8 hours per month. You must be willing to make this commitment. All volunteers are required to attend an orientation before they start their volunteer work at SAVE. The orientation lasts approximately 1.5 hours and covers SAVE's policies and procedures, volunteer opportunities, scheduling and other program information. Orientations are held at the shelter. 2016 Orientation Dates: Saturdays at 12:30pm & Wednesdays at 4:30pm
