Pirelli P Zero Tire Pressure

For your safety it is important to check your tires regularly, at least once a month. Look for signs of damage or uneven wear because improper inflation pressures, misalignment, improper balance, or suspension malfunctions can affect the overall performance of your Pirelli tire and endanger your safety. Always ask your nearest Pirelli tire dealer for a check and assistance. Tires are the only point of contact between your car and the road: so keep them in good shape. I confess I haven't tested these tires out in the snow yet (you might want to consider winter tires if that is the case, unless the snowfall is very light) because the weather seems pretty tame here in Virginia right now.

I can say, however, that these Pirellis perform wonderfully in the rain. They also make no noise at all, and the ride is very comfortable. I can't believe I only paid $640 for all four tires! Bang for your Buck After doing extensive research on different replacement tires, I settled on these as the best compromise between treadlife, performance and cost. Sure, there may be better tires out there, but for the majority of the time (even with frequent "spirited driving"), these tires perform well. They seem to have quite a high treadlife warranty and when you can get a really good tire for a great price, how can you go wrong? While the OEM tires are also Pirelli PZero Neros, these seem to be a slightly better tire, although I guess I have nothing to back that up but personal opinion! They seem to take a lot of effort to balance the tires, although I suppose that could be the rims too. They are very quiet and seem to handle well. The difference is night and day between these and my worn out tires.

Add to that free (and FAST) shipping from AM and you can't go wrong. I bought my '10 hybrid mustang used (part shelby, part roush, part cobra) and was amazed with the traction this thing has. Turning just under 400 horse, I expected it to be loose and hard to hang on to but it never offers to break loose unless you want to (which happens quite often). I picked up some nails at a construction site so I didn't hesitate to replace two with the same tires.

Fixed the notorious shimmy on the 2010 Great tire repacement for 2011 Mustang GT Convertible I recently purchased the Pirelli P-Zero Nero tires to replace the Goodyear F1 Supercar tires that came with the Brembo package on my 2011 GT Convertible. The Goodyears had excellent grip in dry and wet weather and were very quiet.

The problem is, they only lasted 15K and are $1,400 for the set. My friend has the Pirelli tires on his 2011 GT Coupe with 20K miles and they still are in great shape. I hope I can get the same or better mileage with the Pirelli's. My driving style is agressive but I do not spin them at all. At less than $700 for the set, you can't get any better than that. As an added bonus, my Gas mileage increased from 17.5 mpg to 20 mpg on the Pirelli's. I got these to replace my OEM Pirelli p-zeros thinking they were the exact same tire. The tread looks identical and the size was the same according to the site. Once I got the tire in and compared them to my stock ones I noticed there were a couple small number variations between the two. So they are not the same tire as OEM but oh well, still a great tire and with the money you save from AmericanMuscle its a definite must buy if you're replacing your OEM tires. Amazing tires at the best price! Cannot believe the difference in tires.

The best experience I have had so far with these has been in the snow. Driving on the highway in a New York snowstorm, a Jeep had spun out of control right in front of my beautiful Mustang. Tapped the brakes and sweetly maneuvered around the obstruction. Any other tire in winter I would not have been so lucky. These stick to the ground in dry and go right through water without even thinking of hydroplaning! I will never buy another brand of tire ever again. After purchasing these from American Muscle and testing them out, I equipped all my vehicles with Pirellis! 2015 Kia K900 First Drive 2015 Kia K900: Better Tire Pressures I've been playing with the tire pressures on our long-term 2015 Kia K900 and I think I found a sweet spot. Believe it or not, factory spec is a comically low 31 psi (cold) in all four Hankooks. It feels like it. Every time I drive the car I think it feels like the tires are low. So I check, only to find out they're exactly at the factory spec of 31 psi.

After 10 months and nearly 15,000 miles, I decided to do something about it. I decided to try some higher pressures to see if the car felt better to me. First I pumped them all up to 33 psi cold. The car immediately felt better. It had more directional stability and more response with little to no ride degradation. After a few days I went further, pumping them all up to 35 psi cold. The Kia immediately felt like it had concrete for rolling stock. The ride was crashy and the steering picked up an uncomfortable amount of kickback. Suddenly the car felt crude. But the problems seemed limited to the front suspension. Things felt good out back. The K900's rear suspension liked the higher pressure. Stability improved and I began to feel a modicum of athleticism in the chassis. So I mixed and matched. After 100 miles, I went back to the tire gauge and bled the front tires back down to 33 psi cold, but left the rears at 35. The car feels 500 percent better. It still has its luxurious intentions, but it now responds to inputs without the sloshy, disconnected feel it has at the factory spec.
