On October 9th, many new laws went into effect regarding Breeding practices, raising the standards, and enforcing some of the toughest laws in the country.  Most of the large scale commercial breeders were forced to go out of business, either surrendering their breeders or sending them to dog auctions in other states.  Not only do our breeders have to follow these strict new regulations, but they are still subject to several unannounced inspections per year.  Our Teacup Puppy Breeder Network is intact and still growing!

Breaking tradition, we have always worked with the breeders themselves and many on a consignment basis.
