After having breakfast in the restaurant on grounds, we went to get our uggage to find our card key expired three minutes after checkout time. Went to use the casino $$ we were given at checking to find those expired too. Stayed with family for a local wedding. Rooms were clean, spacious and reasonably priced. Food was good and they had a great selection of local craft beers. We enjoyed playing roulette and my wife the slots. We would not hesitate staying again. We really enjoyed everything...gift shop, Bingo Hall, great food, casino, hotel. You will enjoy spending a couple of days here. We ordered Roast Beef when we played bingo, it was delicious....they delivered it right to our table in bingo hall. We had 6 couples at the Island Casino to play the Sweet Grass Golf Course. Our golfing ability was in doubt, but the food was pretty good. Breakfast had a lot of choices on the menu. There were different types of eating places at the Casino. A person could always find something to their liking.

DO NOT STAY HERE!! I tried for 2 days to make reservations through their website......would not process! The 2nd day I called their reservation line only to be on hold for 30 minutes!! I hung up and called the casino number and was told they could not help me because they were the only one answering the phones.....really? Refreshing to have such a nice hotel associated with a casino. Relaxing sauna and steam room. Rooms were large with comfy beds. Staff were so nice and friendly. Casino had lots of fun slots. Place really got full after dinner but still lots of games to play. We have been visiting this casino and hotel for years now on a bus trip out of Port Huron, Michigan. It never fails to provide us with an excellent room and a good casino experience. The restaurants serve excellent meals at reasonable prices. For the most part all the staff are friendly and helpful. We stay at the Island Casino and we had a great time parking was very good lots of space to park we did not make reservations and got kind of late that evening and the front desk young lady upgraded us to a whirlpool suite plus $5 food $5 drinks$5 off spa and $5 off bingo games wow!!!!!
