I feel the experience from start to finish, went smoothly and I'm surprised how easy it was to rent from U-Haul. I will be using U-Haul again in the future. Availability of vehicles on the website needs to be more accurate. I reserved a 26 foot truck online and was called late afternoon the next day and told neither a 20 or 26 foot was available. Would use there sercive again Thanks I needed a 15 ft truck because I needed the ramp and wanted to rent one way from Bakersfield to Canyon country. All of Bakersfield had only one truck to rent I think there should have been more trucks but the truck was very good Cristian was the employee that was assisting me with the reservation/process. He made sure I was comfortable with the truck and its features and never rushed me. Thanks to him, I felt safer and ready for my move across the state. He has great customer service skills!

very helpful and accomodating I rented this wooly for one way and used my company credit card yo rent one way to Durant ok where I live I was told the charge was 248.00 I reserved it I was running late got a call from I hail to see if I'm going to pick up the trailer going to Durant Ok I said I'm running behind I made there rented signed the papers and left without knowing I sited a wooly for a local rental on the way to OK we stopped at lzke havasu ad spent the night I called uhaul told thrm I would've a day later finally got to Durant dropped the dolly at 730pm and that's it right wrong they found out it was a local rental and gave it to me by mistake then charged me over 1000 for it I talk to a manager he was rude not no compassion or would explain all the charges but made me feel like a dummy for siting without reading the contract thus charging for 2 one ways 6 days local and some other charge he wouldn't explain to me and hung up I'm now been waiting for a supervisor to be in contact before I go legal on them but wish to resolve it and be remienbursed but no call back for a second.

I was told that they could not fulfill my reservation and had to drive to another u haul location to get a rental close to the size I needed. The truck I received was terrible quality, failing to start after I had loaded it and required a jump to get started again. The manager that helped us was very rude and unprofessional...if that's how uhaul feels about customer service next time we will be using a different company! Normally we have great experiencesite with this location! The only thing I didn't like is that the tow button comes on when you start even us your not towing. Everything went great ! Angelina was very friendly and helpful. Please give her a raise in pay. While the initial customer service rep was nice, when we returned to get an additional trailer added, the lady who was helping us understood and was in the process of renting the trailer so that we would not have to make another trip to Bakersfield as we were travelling to Modesto;

however, a male supervisor told her and myself that not going to happen. He was very rude and I came to learn that he was very rude to another customer who filed a complaint. I think the vehicle should be swept out before renting to me. The back of the cargo van was full of dirt and mud when I picked it up Early check in was a great process as well as checking out. Make blanket rental one way Straps were structurally compromised on the auto transport I rented. Safety inspection should have picked this up before making ready to rent. Definitely caused me significant stress with concerns as to whether or not the straps would hold. Dropped off trailer the night of Sunday the 24th late so no personnel present but location very accessible and well lighted. Our movers said that the truck was very old and they were worried it would break down if they packed it too tight. Very long wait time (45 minutes), not in a nice part of town. The location was also about 15 miles from my preferred location despite the fact that multiple UHaul centers were much closer.
