Every single issue we brought to you was addressed and corrected in a timely fashion with the exceptions of a table top and counter laminate still awaiting shipment from Newmar. Even items we were told by another repair facility could not be fixed (i.e. tank gauges) or could not be duplicated (no step retraction upon forward motion) were corrected. Pat and Sandra Murray from Tucson, AZ i am writing to commend Newt Campbell for his professionalism and assistance he provided my wife Sandra and me during our recent upgrade from Precision Temp to an Oasis system. Newt is not only Knowledgeable and professional, he clearly had the customer's needs in mind when working with us. He knows the Oasis system and what was required to make it work properly and was able to teach me the proper way to operate and maintain the system. In addition, both of us had several questions about how the coach worked which had not been adequately explained to us when we took delivery of the coach at another dealership. Perhaps these items had been explained to us when we took delivery, but we weren't knowledgeable enough to grasp what we were being told. Newt took the time to go over several questions we had accumulated. He was able to explain things on our level such that i think we now understand how many of the systems work and are to be maintained.
