Discharge printing is a process that removes the dye from the item, leaving the natural color showing. 

This process leaves no hand, meaning that the print is more a part of the shirt, with no feel of ink and complete breathability.We can PMS match discharge ink to essentially replace the color of the item with one of your choosing. FINISHING  ADDITIONAL COSTSTAG PRINTINGIf you're looking to solidify your brand further, inside tag printing is the way to go.We can remove the manufactured sewn in tag and replace it with a 1 color screen printed design.Note that some brands are easier to remove tags from than others. The easiest are Tultex and Next Level. American Apparel, Anvil + Gildan are workable as well. Plan your printed color accordingly when working with lighter color shirts. Using a lighter color ink is recommended. We use a light gray for white shirts, and a reduced white for most other colors.IMPORTANT: By law, all pieces of apparel are required to list Country of Origin and Fabric information. Printing across different brands and fabrics will require more print files and are considered different runs of printing each. They can be mixed with other colors too! Add $0.35 per item. FOIL TRANSFERSFoil transfer is another great way to make a design pop by adding a different look and feel. Be aware that proper care of foil transfer garments is especially important in the longevity of the image. Please wash these garments inside out in cold water then hang dry. We normally suggest printing a similar color of ink under the foil to help make the shirts last longer when they do start to wear. OVER THE ZIPPER PRICINGWe can print over the zipper of hoodies for you, but due to the extra care that goes into this, we have an additional cost to accompany this service. Be aware that even though we will do our best, inconsistencies in the hoodie's surface keep the printing from being perfect.
