These apartments are great. I downsized from a house but have plenty of room. Freeway is just minutes away. Can get to the airport and UNCC in less than a half hour. Office staff is always very friendly and helpful. Watch out pet owners!!! Watch out pet owners!!!! This apartment community will charge you upon move out of you have any pets; stating there are carpet issues. My carpets were professionally cleaned, no stains or smells, and was still charged. Unable to challenge the apartment community as it's their word against mine at this point. WATCH OUT PET OWNERS!!! Great place to live I have lived at Piper Staion now Rock Creek for 4 years. Great location, really nice neighbors.Many of them have lived here for 4 years. That speaks volumes for the complex. Common areas are kept up nicely. Large pool and the gym is open 24 hrs a day. If I have a maintenance issue is it handlledt promptly. I would recommend Rock Creek to anyone. It really is a great place to live!!

This apartment complex is in a very safe area and is located close to good food, shopping, etc. But I do have to say that it is a little bit expensive. Rock Creek at Ballantyne Commons is a great location for shopping and dinning with easy access to the freeway into Uptown Charlotte. You can even walk to shopping and dinning. The neighborhood is very active with manicured sidewalks and nearby trails. The grounds are kept up and the staff is great. The pool area has just been renovated to include a gym.
