By placing a holding fee you are agreeing with the terms of this health guarantee/contract whether it is signed or not. Holding fees are applied to the original price of puppy. If you are picking your puppy up from BFF Kennels please be prepared to pay in cash.Final payment and shipping charges must be paid by the time your puppy is 7 weeks old. If final balance is not received by this time buyers NON-REFUNDABLE holding fee is forfeited. If this should occur the puppy will be re listed. This guarantee/contract does not cover skin allergies, seizures associated with hypoglycemia, hypoglycemia, uneven bites, fleas, ticks, lack of proper/required care, vaccines, dewormings, including lack of heart worm preventative and behavioral problems as training philosophies and environments vary amongst new owners.A diagnosis of coccidia, giardia, parasites, kennel cough or any other type of bacterial/viral infections does not render your puppy unhealthy. Parvo is also not covered by this health guarantee. Upon leaving BFF Kennels your puppy has only been started in their series of puppy inoculations prior to going to their new home. This includes, but is not limited to fertility at adulthood, descent of testicles, any difficulties whelping puppies, any injury incurred during breeding or whelping, or death of the bitch or pups during whelping. NO refund or replacement pup will be given if a female has been bred.Common puppy problems that occur that are curable or non-life threatening are not warrantee under this health guarantee/contract.Seller assumes NO monetary responsibility for the following: vet costs, emergency or not, suggested medications, treatments, preventatives buyers vet may advise, travel fees or any other costs incurred once said puppy has left BFF Kennels premises.Your new puppy is GUARANTEED against life-threatening incurable congenital defects only for the period of 1 year from date of birth. If a life-threatening incurable congenital defect is found within that time frame, and is verified by BFF Kennels licensed vet, a replacement puppy will be given. By signing this health guarantee/contract, buyer agrees to provide their personal vets name and contact information to BFF Kennels and my licensed vet regarding said puppy.

If this information is not provided the health guarantee/contract is null/void.The puppy, AKC registration, and vet records must be returned. All shipping charges back to the seller are the responsibility of the buyer/purchaser. BFF Kennels will pay for shipping costs on a replacement puppy back to buyer only. If a replacement puppy is not available at the time, seller has 18 months to replace puppy.If death should occur in this 1 year time frame from puppy’s date of birth, a necropsy must be performed by a licensed vet at purchaser/buyers expense to determine the cause of death. A written report of the vets findings must be provided to me by mail or fax. BFF Kennels vet will have final say if death was congenital or non-congenital. If the death was caused by a incurable congenital defect only, a refund will be provided, minus shipping and veterinary expenses .Under NO circumstances shall the seller be liable to the buyer or to any third party for any consequential or special damages resulting from or in a manner related to said puppy.By signing this guarantee/contract buyer agrees to provide their new puppy with adequate food

, water and shelter. At no time shall said puppy be kept in a kennel or crate for long periods of times. Said puppy will also receive routine veterinary care and kept current on vaccines and de worming as recommended by your personal vet.At any time you are unable to care for one of my puppies/adult or your circumstances change, BFF Kennels MUST be contacted. BFF Kennels DOES NOT want any of our puppies to end up in shelters or bounced from home to home. Our commitment and dedication for new owners and my puppies/adults does not end once they leave BFF kennels. If this should occur legal ownership of the dog will be turned over to BFF Kennels along with AKC registration papers, microchip and vet/health records. Any money refunded will be at sellers discretion. BFF Kennels will review each situation on a case to case basis. In the event said puppy is abused, neglected or mistreated in any way, kept on wire flooring, left outside in extreme cold or hot weather at any time during the dogs life, BFF Kennels will have the right to immediately repossess the dog along with all AKC papers, microchip and health records.
