Equipment was not ready; had not been checked for maintenance issues or cleanliness; first cargo trailer we were given had a nail in the tire--very obvious--had we not examined the tires we would have probably had a flat tire- the second cargo trailer we were given--the light hook up cable was frayed and would not operate the lights--we had to wait for the attendand to locate another cable--th efinal trailer we were given had dirt and debris inside and was dirty on the out side as well. No attendant came outside to asist us when we returned with the trailer;

the sign said to wait for unloading assistance but assistance never came out of the building and we unkloaded ourselves. WE were told that the trailer would be ready for us upon our arrival however this was not the case due to aforementioned issues. The rental price was great--the service was not. I didn't get their names, but the CSR that greeted me in the morning on 08/17 and the CSR that greeted me later that afternoon for equipment return were 100% professional. Great crew at this location. check out after the move was not good. employee could not figure out problem customer in front of me was having, so the manager (I assume) took over that situation. then, same employee could not figure out my situation. took way too long. They need to check there rentals a little more better I could have caused a fatality or me and my nephew could have been killed ourselves. The trailer was so old and rusted the safety chains would have not helped in our case. I spent over $300.00 for nothing but alot of delays stress and Headaches.

I did not need more stress I was already am dealing with multiple blood clots in both lungs and one lung is paralyzed. i am on oxygen. One Angry customer !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Truck was very clean and in good shape... The owner checked me in and out. Absolutely customer focused.... detailed professional staff.... Nothing to improve my experience was great Not sure if anything NEEDS to be done. Staff was friendly and professional. Helped me hook up and load a car that I was transporting. I thought they were very helpful. Check in went well and, again, they helped unhook. I would rent here again. We have rented and used uhauls many times in the past. We did not inspect vehicle at the time of aquisation vehicle partly because of never having an issue in the past and the wife picked it up.. LOADED vehicle when I got In to drive to new location engine light was on oil maintenence light was on and the vehicle sounded horrible.. however once u have spent hours upon hours loading vehicle it is umm upsetting to say the least got us where we needed and done what it was supposed to however not up to the quality and dependability I expect and have appreciated from uhaul for years..

Office and outside was clean and personnel was very nice and help full. Staff was very friendly and helpfull . I plan on using this location again for my uhaul rental needs. Keep doing what you are doing. Fast and friendly experience. Again the two individual agents were not the problem, the problem is uhaul corporation. These companies become big and forget it's the customers that made them grow. Truck would not start. The last thing the dealer said to me, as he was turning away, was, "if you have any problems with the truck, call the number." It took 45 minutes on hold to get hold of someone at the call center. The service provider was wonderful. He told us the battery was completely shot, and not to shut the truck off. It stopped again on us. He had given us his business card, we called, he showed up with a new battery. I believe the Uhaul manager KNEW the battery was bad. I expect at least a partial refund of my expenses. We waited 2-2.5 hours on your "we've got your back" service.
