I reserved a truck for 7@m i didnt get a truck til about 11 am and had to return it by 7 pm. I reserved a truck in one location and had to go to 2 other locations 50 minutes away The Truck used a lot gas,and rode ruff like it had a bad tire on it This location is the best I have ever seen and experienced (this includes about 10 in 6 or 7 states).

Helpful, courteous personnel, ease of transaction, room to move and park, efficiency -- all of these are top-notch. The employees did a Great job. Try not to sell something somebody does not need. the store told me I HAD to have an adapter plug for lights to work. from 7 way to 4way plug, how silly, MY 4way was only 11/2 inch away from my 7way. Took it back and got my money. I don't any room for improvement. Mr Green was excellent. He was very friendly and helpful. The cashier who checked us in was super friendly and she was personable. I had issues with billing but the manager was outstanding in handling them. This location helped us out when our original drop off location fell through. They were a big help. This was the worst customer service experience I have ever had. Lake Griggs made the whole thing terrible. He was not helpful in any way. He asked inappropriate questions that were irrelevant to renting a trailer. Dropping off the trailer was even worse.
